dental work is not my favorite thing but Dr.Collins and staff made the bad procedure as pleasant as possible. Dr.Collins is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything accurately and honestly. I definitely recommend him if you're in need of his special dental services.

Got me in same day with emergency infection. Dr Collins & staff were very friendly and professional. Especially liked the play by play oral description during the entire process. No surprises & minimal pain. Very well done. Thank you for getting me in!!! Everyone else I called had 1-2 week waits with prior consults. Will follow up for restoration work.

I went to receive an evaluation for extraction that will be coming up Monday next week. I have been there before so I received a nice welcome from Kelly, Mary, and Dr. Collins. Felt very much at ease and recommend them for any procedure needed.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had. I had a wisdom teeth appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM, but by 4:10 PM I still hadn’t seen the doctor. I got so frustrated that I left, feeling like my time was completely wasted. If you have a scheduled appointment, I’d suggest showing up at least an hour late to actually be seen on time. Overall, a terrible experience I won’t be coming back.

I really appreciate Dr. Jeffrey Collins for performing wisdom surgery to me on Sep 11, 2025! I visited him for consultation first. One nurse and Dr. Jeffrey Collins were very friendly and knowledagble. I was very scared for the wisdom surgery so I delayed it for many years. This time, I had to do this surgery and searched multiple clinics and figured out Dr. Jeffrey Collins in this specific clinic is in my network. Dr. Jeffrey Collins's calmess, professionalism, and knowledge made me feel better and decide to remove my four widsome teeth. After my successful surgery, I seldom had side effects and pains. The clinic's post surgery process is also smoothy. A nurse called me to ask how was I doing after one day of my surgery, which made me feel warm. I also called the clinic's office monthly to ask when I can receive my refund. The staff was friendly as well to explain to me the process. After three months (may be due to a slow process by my insurance to deal with my claims), I received a refund from the clinic! I appreciate Dr. Jeffrey Collins and his team for helping me overcome one of my fears and have an awesome experience! I would recommend him to my family and friends!
